구독을 해지하려면?How do I cancel?
iPhone: 설정 → 본인 이름 → 구독 → 바른HSK → 구독 취소. Android: Play 스토어 → 프로필 → 결제 및 정기 결제 → 정기 결제 → 바른HSK → 정기 결제 해지. 해지해도 남은 기간까지는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Steady HSK → Cancel. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Steady HSK → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
기기를 바꿨는데 구매가 안 보여요I changed devices and lost my purchase
설정 화면의 "구매 복원"을 누르세요. 구매할 때 사용한 스토어 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다.
Tap "Restore purchases" in Settings, signed in with the store account you bought with.
기록을 옮기려면?How do I move my data?
설정 → 백업에서 파일 하나로 내보낸 뒤, 새 기기에서 같은 화면의 "가져오기"로 복원하세요.
Settings → Backup exports a single file; import it on the new device from the same screen.
환불은 어떻게 하나요?Refunds
결제는 Apple과 Google이 처리하므로 환불도 스토어를 통해 신청합니다. iOS는 reportaproblem.apple.com, Android는 Play 스토어 주문 내역에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
Apple and Google process the payment, so refunds go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for iOS, or your Play Store order history for Android.
데이터를 완전히 지우려면?Delete everything
설정 → 데이터 삭제를 누르면 기기 안의 모든 기록이 지워집니다. 앱을 삭제해도 동일합니다.
Settings → Delete data erases everything stored on the device; deleting the app does the same.
