개인정보처리방침Privacy Policy

1. 수집하는 항목

바른HSK(이하 "앱")은 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱이 처리하는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.

• 사용자가 앱에 입력한 내용: 기기 안에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 익명 기기 식별자: 구매·구독 상태 확인과 사용량 집계에만 사용되는 임의의 문자열입니다.
• 사용 통계: 화면 조회, 주요 동작 횟수 등 개인을 식별할 수 없는 이벤트.
• 오류 로그: 앱이 비정상 종료될 때 원인 분석을 위한 기술 정보(기기 모델, OS 버전, 스택 트레이스).

2. 이용 목적

• 구매·구독 상태 확인 및 복원
• 기능 개선을 위한 익명 통계 분석
• 오류 원인 파악과 수정

3. 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공

서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 아래 사업자에게 처리를 위탁합니다. 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보는 제공하지 않습니다.

• RevenueCat, Inc. — 구매·구독 상태 관리 (익명 기기 식별자, 영수증)
• PostHog, Inc. — 익명 사용 통계
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — 오류 리포트
• Cloudflare, Inc. — 웹사이트 및 API 호스팅
• Apple Inc. / Google LLC — 앱 배포와 결제

앱이 AI 기능을 제공하는 경우, 사용자가 입력한 요청 내용은 처리 목적에 한해 Anthropic, PBC의 API로 전송되며 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다.

4. 보유 및 파기

기기에 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 익명 통계와 오류 로그는 최대 12개월 보관 후 자동 파기합니다. 구매 기록은 관련 법령이 정한 기간(전자상거래법상 5년) 동안 결제 대행사가 보관합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

앱 내 설정에서 데이터를 내보내거나 전체 삭제할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 열람·정정·삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내주시면 10일 이내에 처리합니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 변경 고지

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

1. What we process

Steady HSK (the "app") has no sign-up and no login, and does not collect your name, email address, or phone number. The app processes:

• Content you enter: stored on your device only and never uploaded to our servers.
• An anonymous device identifier: a random string used only to check purchase state and usage limits.
• Usage analytics: non-identifying events such as screen views and core action counts.
• Crash logs: technical data (device model, OS version, stack trace) when the app crashes.

2. Why

• To verify and restore purchases and subscriptions
• To improve the app using anonymous statistics
• To find and fix crashes

3. Processors

We use the following processors. No directly identifying information is shared with them.

• RevenueCat, Inc. — purchase and subscription state (anonymous device id, receipts)
• PostHog, Inc. — anonymous product analytics
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — crash reports
• Cloudflare, Inc. — website and API hosting
• Apple Inc. / Google LLC — app distribution and payments

If the app offers AI features, the text you submit is sent to the Anthropic, PBC API to produce the response and is not used to train models.

4. Retention

Data stored on your device is deleted when you delete the app. Analytics and crash logs are kept for at most 12 months. Purchase records are retained by the payment processors for the period required by law.

5. Your rights

You can export or erase all app data from the in-app settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email us at the address below; we respond within 10 days.

6. Children

The app is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
